DEBTS RECOVERY TRIBUNAL-III, CHENNAI

            Wanted security personnel for this Tribunal. Interested agencies may submit their quotations within 10 days of the advertisement published in newspaper.

Terms and conditions:-

1.         The contractor should render security services at this Tribunal's premises, for a period of 12 months.

2.         This Tribunal requires one Guard daily for 12 hours i.e. 08.00-20.00 hrs on all working days and if required on holidays also.

3.         The Contractor has to deploy trained and competent staff and shall provide such staff at its own cost with uniforms and other paraphernalia as may be considered necessary by this Tribunal from time to time.

4.         The Contractor's staff shall always be under the direct control and supervision of the Contractor. The Contractor shall be solely responsible as regards the salaries and other service conditions and terms extended to its own staff and shall in that connection, maintain requisite records and comply with all laws, enactments, rules, regulations and orders applicable to the staff by reason of their executing the Contractor's obligations.

5.         The Contractor will be responsible as employer of its own staff to maintain security records as also all personnel records such as attendance sheets, leave record etc. which would be readily available for scrutiny by this Tribunal as and when desired.

6.         The security personnel of the contractor should guard the premises of this Tribunal to the best of the abilities. They must exercise all care, caution and reasonable and prudent judgement while discharging their duties.

7.         The Monthly bills arrived on the basis of the agreement will be presented by the Contractor to this Tribunal by 5th of the subsequent month and this Tribunal shall make arrangements for its payment. Payment shall be made by Demand Draft/ECS.

8.         In case of theft, pilferage, damage to the property of this Tribunal, the Contractor's Representative should be readily available to assist this Tribunal for the conduct of Enquiry and provide assistance in the investigation/prevention and recovery of such acts of theft etc. in tracing the accused.
